Mustafa Paiz
Founder and Principal Lawyer
Mustafa is the founder of Paiz Law and a business and litigation lawyer. He advises and represents clients on a wide range of commercial and civil matters, including shareholder disputes, franchise disputes, commercial landlord and tenant issues, consumer protection claims, and medical malpractice, and has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice across Ontario.
Prior to founding Paiz Law, he practised at boutique litigation and business law firms in Toronto.
Mustafa is also the founder of Legally Bright Inc., which he has grown into a global organization. Combined with his legal education and experience in business law and litigation, he brings both a legal and commercial perspective to the disputes he handles.
Mustafa obtained his J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2024.
Outside of his legal practice, Mustafa enjoys playing soccer, hiking, and travelling.
